Why does Talon need a coat every day? This is going to bother me.

I'm betting it's daycare or Kindergarten or something-- I've seen parents drop kids off without coats/jackets in weather where an adult may or may not choose to wear a jacket (early spring/late fall), but by the time recess comes around, the kid can't go out because they don't have a coat.

Little kids need to be bundled up, because they don't regulate their own body temperatures as well as adults do. And likely the teacher wants them to have a coat every day because it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
