The closest you might get is a dramatization of Moll Flanders, or perhaps the Harlots series?

I've yet to find a good recording quality of Moll Flanders, alas.

I love Harlots! But the sex scenes in it are not quite what I'm after, as most of them are very much "this is work" vibes which works brilliantly in the show but doesn't rip my bodice.
