I'm a trans man, and I'm not sure if my opinion could be considered related, but I'm throwing it out there, anyways.

I like mpreg. It makes me feel more validated as a man who has the ability to get pregnant. Because of mpreg, honestly, the idea of being pregnant (although not something I want) isn't as shocking or dysphoric to me.

That said, while I do have preferences sometimes for who in a pairing is pregnant, I would love to see the other character pregnant, as well.

This is such a sweet comment. That seriously just made my night. :D

It's absolutely related and relevant, thank you.

Nicest comment of the whole thread, and very relevant. I can't really add much, since I don't share your personal experience, but I really enjoyed hearing your perspective on this. :)

This is a good comment. This entire comment thread has been very illuminating and I hope close-minded dumdums like the secret maker and the 2 other anons who are arguing "I find it telling that so many in the comments seems to feel that the best way of humiliating a man is by making him behave like a woman etc etc" are at least considering some of the arguments made ITT. There's really more to it than what OP's secret claims.

As the asshole who wrote the "I find it telling" comment, I understand the post. I forgot to take trans guys into consideration and for that I apologize. Exploring MPreg from that angle could really be super interesting.

I just get tired of how so many MPreg fics seem to be more about reinforcing toxic stereotypes regarding gender roles, rather than exploring them.

Dude, same. Trans guy, not at all interested in being pregnant, but it's definitely easier for me to digest pregnancy in fics if it's mpreg.
