Potatoes. They're good for chips and vodka and nothing else.

I like as potato chips, but I also really like them mashed with garlic, baked with butter and sour cream, and French-fried and salted.

They also make good doughnuts that don't taste potato-y at all. They can be used in other baked goods, too.

They are starch heavy, a pleasing texture, and a fairly neutral flavor which means they take seasoning well.

heh, I pretty much like almost anything that can be done with them except German style potato salad.

And potatoes are one of my favorite foods. I like them just about every way I've ever had them.

I like just about everything you can make out of potatoes but potatoes on their own? Not a fan.
