People who enjoy it, explain.

Gross-out humor. Well, not that I don't get why people like it because clearly people do. I just can't wrap my head around it. It is just such a no thing for me.

Seconding this.

I was playing it on my nephew's switch today. If it is anything like the handheld games, I also don't get the appeal. It was literally just walking around and every 20 seconds being forced to fight someone with no option to run away. Or having to fight a pokemon (and by fight I mean run away). Please, I just want to explore the map.

I'm not a pokemon fan or anything, but the original games are basically that, only with more random encounters that are less about fighting other trainers and more about catching pokemon.

There are items you can use to reduce or eliminate encounter rate.

I only really played Pokemon Red, and it was an okay experience. After slogging through gyms and winning some hard-fought victories, I can say that I did develop a bit of a bond with my Bulbasaur, but it wasn't near enough to make me want to play any sequels.

I have a pretty mild foot kink. It's less about the anatomy itself and more about the domination/humiliation aspect of someone literally being underfoot and stood/stepped on.

But I don't find feet any more or less gross than gentials so, ymmv with that.

Absolutely cannot source this beyond "one pop science factoid I misremember from Somewhere On The Internet", but something about brain mapping (this area is connected to visual data, this part controls hands, etc....) and that it kinda makes generally sense as expected except that the areas concerned with genitalia, and that of feetsies, are next to one another and can form incongruous connections. Hence foot fetishes being such a common thing. Sexuality-relevant synaptic crosswires, quite literally.

That said, GLOW is a good show.

Not only that, it just feels so trashy and cheap. One of my closest friends is hugely into it and I just don't get. To each their own, but I find it actively repulsive.

Not being feminists.

I realize I'm opening a can of worms here, but: it depends on your definition. Radfems would consider themselves feminists. They can fuck off. Karens who think feminism is posting memes on facebook about girl power but still talking over oppressed women trying to get a word in would consider themselves feminists. They can fuck off too. Women who think the answer to the world's problems is "having our turn" and oppressing men would consider themselves feminists. Guess what they can also do?

It's just a dangerous umbrella term for someone to sit there and tut-tut about not placing yourself under.

Well, I've been both, and not being a feminist is more enjoyable than being a feminist. The latter involves a lot of anger and victimhood and hyper-scrutiny of media and infighting and generally just makes me miserable.

"Round table" talkshows like The View and whatnot. It's just a bunch of people talking over each other about trash celebrity gossip while a shrill audience occasionally goes OHHHHHHHHHH

Seriously, what kind of genuine entertainment can a person wrench from this? At best, it's just kind of embarrassing.

Potatoes. They're good for chips and vodka and nothing else.

Starchy boys! They can do anything!

I like as potato chips, but I also really like them mashed with garlic, baked with butter and sour cream, and French-fried and salted.

They also make good doughnuts that don't taste potato-y at all. They can be used in other baked goods, too.

They are starch heavy, a pleasing texture, and a fairly neutral flavor which means they take seasoning well.

heh, I pretty much like almost anything that can be done with them except German style potato salad.

Recreational shopping. I literally can't understand how this is supposed to be fun. I don't want to waste my time looking at a ton of stuff that I'm not going to end up buying, and I'm also not about to spend a ton of money on stuff I don't really need. I go to stores when I need to get something and that's it.

Talking on the phone. I can't stand it, not even with people I'd be happy to chat for hours if we were face to face. I just can't.
