I once found a mystery novel I hadn't read by an author I really like. Or at least I thought I hadn't read it, until I got to the end and I remembered reading the ending. But I didn't remember anything else out of the book. I don't get it, because it's not like I'd read just the ending of a book, especially a mystery novel, so maybe I just forgot the entire rest of the book.

In the reverse of that, ever since I was young (like early teens) I have had the line 'mine eyes dazzle; she died young' in my head. It just randomly pops up now and then.

When the internet/google finally got to be a thing and helpful for looking things up, I googled it.

It's from a play called The Duchess of Malfi, of which I have NEVER read nor seen. It's perplexing.
