szechaun pork
ma la green beans
those fried doughnut things

OK.

- chicken chow mein with homemade noodles. Obviously.
- szechuan shredded pork
- cumin beef
- pan-fried green beans
- some kind of dumpling, depending on how I'm feeling
- maybe mapo tofu

garlic pork w/mixed veggies
some sort of mixed seafood

I love roast duck so much but none of the Chinese places near me do a good job with it. :(

aw, I'm spoiled, I live a short bus ride from Oakland's Chinatown and there are several excellent traditional Chinese butcher shops there that do great roast duck. Good barbecued pork too.

-Crab rangoon
-Fried bean curd
-Pan-fried pork dumplings
-Beef with broccoli
-Either pork fried rice or chicken lo mein

If I'm in Minnesota near a LeAnn Chin's, I'm going for half Peking Chicken (especially if it's fresh), half Sesame Chicken with plain rice.

Anywhere else, it's whatever sounds good in the sweet-and-sour/sesame/General Tso's category of chicken with potstickers and crab rangoons.
