Urban Legends I think I caught on tv when I was pretty young. I was really into horror movies in spite of not being allowed to watch them. I used to sneak downstairs and hunt for them on tv.

I'm pretty sure the very 90s horror movie with Alicia Witt, Jared Leto, Joshua Jackson, Tara Reid, etc. is what philstar22 is referring to. College kids are killed off in various urban legend type ways. It was a fair, but not that memorable horror movie.
