I've been in love and right now all I need is AWAY from relationships. Which is exactly where fandom comes in.

To the OP: I totally get where you're coming from. Right now anything like a relationship is just so draining to me. Give me lazy days and fandom for a while, please.

Nope, never been in love. I'm sure it'll be sparkly and wonderful, but even if I fall in love and start prioritizing him over fandom, going out to get that guy (the way my friends tell me to) is more troublesome than it's worth and chances are he won't understand the shit i'm into.

No thank you.

Plus, unless the relationship before was worth it, I don't want to end up with an irreparably broken heart.

It is wonderful, but it really really sucks at the same time. If you're not at the point in your life where you're ready for a relationship, there's nothing wrong with that. You shouldn't be in a relationship anyway if you're afraid having a guy in your life is only going to be an annoyance that takes your fandom time away from you. You shouldn't have that frame of mind at all.

Whoa, I'm not the OP, but I might as well have wrote this secret, and I can say with complete certainty that I have been in love before, and the feelings were returned.

However, it's very over. I was the one to break it off. And the experience made me pretty sure that I'll never truly be happy with anyone.
