180 Did someone make this secret to serve as an example of what stupid, rabid, idiot fanbrats think like? You want to fall in love and have your love interest die due to your own stupidity? You want to be thwarted at every turn by your nemesis? You want that nemesis to be as dumb as a rock and STILL be able to kick your ass?

I...think you're reading into the secret a little too much. Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog made the secret poster want life to be a musical, but not specifically Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog.

Ehh, I suppose. But still, most of what I saw in that didn't strike me as 'oh my GOD, LET ME LIVE THAT LIFE!' as much as other musicals. Even if it's just 'this made me want to live a musical,' it still makes me go o.O--unless that's the first musical they've seen, maybe?

All I meant was it made me want my life to be a musical, not that musical.

Actually, I'd much prefer to keep my current life, perhaps just add some musical numbers to it. :D

Did you put the wrong number or something? :| Because the #180 I see, the OP says they want their life to be more like a musical. That's sort of it. (I haven't seen Dr. Horrible, but I don't think that's necessary to understand the secret.)

Seems like they're saying 'after I watched this musical, I decided I want my life to be like one.' I can't imagine what about that musical in particular would ever make someone think 'oh, wow, life like a musical, plz!' when there are other musicals that don't have tragedy and death in them...

I've actually already fallen in love and married and all that good stuff. Really all this secret was about was the fact that I enjoyed the music in this one so much that I would love the idea of being able to break out into song at crucial points of my life/day and just sing about it. You've read way too deep into this simple little secret.

Besides, this musical may have ended a tragedy, but it was an incredibly silly and amusing ride.
