123 - I feel the same way. I enjoyed the movies, and I accepted a lot of the changes they made as necessary AND well done (no one really likes that 300 page bit in the middle of the Two Towers where everyone wanders around in the forest a lot), but I go mental when I think about the Scouring of the Shire. That was my FAVOURITE PART! AHH! It invalidates the changes Frodo went through to have him come back and he's smiling and everything's happy, okay time to stop.

131 - I find them really creepy. I just leave everyone on my flist to their fun and am really grateful that everyone puts them behind lj cuts.

160 - It's because of Housesitter! For me anyway.

Oh, fuck yes! I was so pissed off that they missed out the Scouring of the Shire. I wanted SO MUCH to see the hobbits coming home and kicking ass without needing help from any other races *glares*
