It's acting. If Elizabeth Olson can be Wanda, I don't see why Emily couldn't be Captain Marvel.

Um, how is being English a barrier to getting a Marvel role? Did you not see Spider-Man or Doctor Strange?

I didn't see Spiderman and I didn't like the Benedict Cumberbatch casting either. I'm not saying that everything has to line up with nationality but I also don't feel like Blunt or Cumberbatch is uniquely good enough to where casting them as American is worth it.
