Lol stop. One of them is married to William H. Macy.

And William H Macy wasn't charged, because they didn't have evidence linking him to the crime. They only had evidence of him talking about the daughter they ultimately decided not to commit fraud on behalf of.

Willian H Macy is a name I would only find very vaguely familiar (though I know his face). The other husband I wouldn't recognize at all. I doubt I'm alone in that.
