I know lots of people do this, but around here (Misery), sharp, white cheddar with apples/apple pie is considered 'weird'.

I grew up eating sharp cheddar and apple slices on a cracker for a fun snack. I didn't know that was considered weird until several years into adulthood!

My dad (born and raised in Massachusetts) always ate them together, so i always figured it was an East Coast thing.
