Incest is not morally wrong between two consenting adults of any sex where there's no risk of reproduction but it's such an instinsically dangerous practice that it's still probably for the best to have a degree of social taboo against it.

I mentioned because the anon I was responding to had the "same gender" bit, which I assume is for genetics / babies reasons. But it wasn't what I actually had in mind as a broader point.
