What's your favorite band that was a one-hit wonder, but you actually love them and listen to all their songs?

(mine is Dexys Midnight Runners)

t.A.T.u. Yes, the members are gross now, but I had all of their albums and still think their music holds up.

Also, this led me to the “Classical music one-hit wonders” section of Wikipedia, which is amusing me more than it should. I guess I never thought of Johann Pachelbel as a one-hit wonder, but by God if he isn’t.

I loved Dexys cover of Jackie Wilson Said although I really dislike Come On Eileen to the point that it's one of what I would call the quintessentially bad 80s songs.

I think Come On Eileen is brilliant but it's (perhaps predictably) quite unpopular with committed Dexys fans

I think those are the only two songs by them I ever heard (shrug)

I've never heard of anything else besides Come On Eileen from them.
