1. the Susan situation
2. Killing off the Pevensie parents, which seems really unnecessarily cruel, especially since they didn't even know Narnia existed
3. I've said this before here many times but I'd be so pissed if I died and went to heaven and it really turned out to be everyone does nothing but run and eat fruit. That would bore me in ten minutes, never mind eternity!

And, for a guy who's so down on Lewis for his over-the-top religious allegories, Pullman's anti-religious allegories are also eye-rollingly over-the-top. YMMV, obvs.
