Same. I assumed the photo was more meaningful than it probably is and I should have been able to tell what was up just from the pic.

He is supposedly cheating with the lady standing next to Kate, who was a close friend of hers. The guy next to her is her husband and they used to be all up in each other's business until Kate abruptly removed them from her circle. Apparently, the mistress has been bragging to others about sleeping with William and Kate found out and ended the friendship.
