For years, I had a plan limited to 3G a month. I literally just got an 8G plan a couple months ago, and also I’ve lost so much good fic when writers pulled to publish or just plain deleted everything every time they changed fandoms. The only edits I’ve made are to fix little spelling/grammar mistakes. I don’t get people switching character names to their OTP; if the fic is that generic, it’s not something I’d want to re-read.

Ngl I don't get why you would pull someone's fic to spagbol either.

AYRT—I don’t pull fics for that reason, but because I’m afraid some day they’ll be deleted. But back before AO3’s download option, and in some of my older fandoms where authors still primarily post to ff.net, I used to copy and paste chapters of long fics into a Word document, and at that point the hardest part was adding my latest fandom’s character/place names to the dictionary.
