I think most people consider all these things deviant.

Still. Man, I’m so not looking forward to seeing people argue about the ethics of furry shipping when Netflix drops the furry anime Beastars in October. Fandom sucks so much sometimes.

Beastars wank is gonna suck so bad because some people are gonna take the herbivore/carnivore thing to be a race or gender allegory. Haru alone will create pages of discourse.

Ugh, I never thought about the allegory angle.

Agreed on Haru. I’m so not looking forward to the shipping wank in general. If fandom decides that carnivore/herbivore ships are problematic and abusive that’s going to suck so much (I don’t think I have any ships that don’t fall in this category).
