114. If by 'first episode' you mean the first aired, this is understandable. That's not the 'right' episode to start from. If you're actually in the mood to give it another chance after that, start with the second aired episode (first chronological). Although if you got the regular Bandai release and the first episode you saw really is the first episode ... the show not being your style is nothing to be ashamed of.
115. It's because 13 isn't Cameron ... that's my best guess, anyway. I've actually never wandered into the House fandom because I like the show too much.
