This girl I used to be friends with. Online she was chipper and funny and actively engaging; I made the mistake of letting her come to visit and she was the polar opposite in person. Incredibly quiet and emotionally fragile (she cried at dinner because I sat next to my wife across from her instead of next to her), so awkward that when we were sitting in the same room she took out her laptop and IMed me instead of... speaking. It was a travesty.
