Often, but only because I have no patience/self-control and think "I'll just have a teensy peek." Or I'll read spoilers for stuff I don't plan on seeing then watch it years later and go "ooooh it's the one where this happens."

My dad is infamously terrible for spoiling stuff. When there was a show the whole house was really into years ago he asked my brother (who was an episode behind) "How far are you? What's happening with (character name)? HAS HE BEEN HIT BY A CAR YET?"

I remember seeing a fic summary for an anime that had come out in the US recently, and the person actually wrote in the summary "Spoilers for Episode 15, by which I mean X isn't dead yet." I was so confused as to what they thought "spoiler warnings" mean.
