I mean, I ship it somewhat and what she said didn't piss me off. She was respectful. It's the people who misquoted her and were throwing a party because "Daisy Ridley just told reylos to choke!" (yes, I saw that, it was how the thing first got on my radar) that bothered me. Basically in theory it's not nearly as bad as asking actors about RPF, but because people in fandom are immature shits, we can't have nice things.

Actors don't get word of God. It's just a person's opinion and people have no reason to make such a big deal of what they say. But overall I think it's more fun when they mostly just hint about their biases.
