Scenes where people are passed out or unconscious for extended without messy bodily functions.

Hospital bed scenes without monitors, IV, rails, or any other messy stuff. Similarly, people doing lab work without eye and face protection.

Homg!! This. 'You were unconscious for five hours'; trust me, there's gonna be a catheter up in that.

And someone in a hospital bed struggling to sit up and someone else shoves a pillow under them - those beds are electric and adjustable for a reason!

Please yes, put some damn goggles on when you're messing with weird substances in the lab!

Re: Your last point: Characters who work in labs or CSI or something when they want to smell a substance, especially suspicious liquids,get their noses straight in that stuff and take a deep whiff. Don't ... don't do that.
