Seriously? I'd have pity for you (because really, liking a minor pairing in this fandom is hard enough if you do like McShep) but you lost me completely with your 'my opinion is the only one that is true' shit.
Anyone who would rather have a show they like cancelled than be exposed to any more of a certain wing of fandom isn't a fan, anyway.

I went from shipping a ton of varied pairings to liking one and one alone, ironically the one that the OP of 105 hates with all the vehemence of a baited snake. It makes you genuinely happy to think about them; you never get sick of reading about them, no matter how many stories you read...

I think that is, hands down, the absolute WORST (visually, since I can't read it to see what the fuck it's saying--or, I could, but then I'd have to find out how to re-wire my brain to be normal again) secret I have ever seen on F!S. YOU DESERVE A MEDAL. It's not even 'so bad it's good,' it's just really, really bad.

(Anonymous) 2008-09-24 12:06 am (UTC)(link)I wikipedia-ed the plot so I could vaguely convince people I'd seen it and get out of being dragged there by well-meaning but highly irritating friends who felt the need to shove this movie down my throat because it was ZOMGGENIUS. Believe it or not, that's pretty much it. And so long as no one ever finds out I haven't actually seen it, I wont have to pay money to sit through yet another misogynistic, death, violence and gore fest. I'm not saying I wont eventually d-load a DVD rip out of curiosity about the cultural phenomenon it's turned into, but I'm not paying money to see something that has no actual entertainment value for me other than that.

Not saying that you're in any way required to want to see the movie, just that...I'm not entirely clear where you got those impressions from. o_O
