106: Have no idea who the first couple is, but Yuugi and Other Yuugi are gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide, if you'll allow me to quote, haha. (Oh, and it's not shota; Yuugi is fifteen, and Other Yuugi is closer to three thousand and fifteen.)

107: Well, since you haven't a book out yet, it's hard for people to become attached to it, right? Fanfiction is easy that way; readers already love those characters.

109: It might be finding out they're surprisingly alike in many ways, now with Allen's childhood a bit more explored, while still different enough to make it interesting? And there's been that preoccupation with each other ever since the start...

147: I don't know, Mukuro at least has had some character development, I think? We know a bit about his background, how he became what he is and that he cares about his companions even though he pretends otherwise; we see quite a lot of his fighting abilities, which are very impressive; there's the very interesting fact that he allowed himself to be tied to Tsuna, even though he claims to be out to destroy him (hell, Mukuro's ambition in and of itself is an interesting part of the plot); we even know a few of his personal quirks, like the reason he picked Kokuyou (spiffy uniforms!), his rather distinctive way to talk...

Chrome, like all female characters in KHR, is more of a blank slate, but we've got her feelings for her friends, and pretty much her entire background, at least. I think her popularity might stem from her melodramatic almost-death, though.

There was a 3 pages flashback of his angsty past. And re: caring about his companions. Does he really care about them? Sure, he saved their lives, but I don't remember there being anything that showed that he really cared about them, and wast't just using all of them (like it was even revealed, I think).

Yeah, fighting abilities is what we see the most about them, but most of the time they don't develop with their fights.

Sure, he's fighting on Tsuna's side for now, but maybe that's just because he wants to use him. Maybe there'll be more about his motives soon, I'd really like for of that.

To be honest, I think most of her popularity comes from thinking: "She was just a girl in danger and he gave himself up for her! He must love me I mean her!"

Sure, he saved their lives, but I don't remember there being anything that showed that he really cared about them, and wasn't just using all of them

I'm thinking about the second time they escaped from prison, and Mukuro let himself be captured in order for the others to escape.

I also think he's rather fond of Chrome, in a protective sort of way, but I'm not sure yet.

Somewhere in the latest parts of the manga (I read it pretty much in one go at onemanga.com, so I don't know exactly which part). It's one of the extras, I think.

Me, I like subtle, haha. Somehow, realising a small change in a character's behaviour feels a bit like finding a hidden treasure. Or maybe, a clue to a treasure; suddenly there are all sorts of exciting implications that might lead to truly knowing the character!

The extras are fun! Probably rather exaggerated, but they are also clues to the characters, I think.

Honesty is probably as good as diplomacy (just avoid rudeness). XD
