What I know about abortions in Canada: They're legal, from what I've heard they're not hard to access, and I think they're often funded by the government? Pretty sure they're legal in all stages of pregnancy, but I don't know what kind of protocol there is for getting a late-term abortion. I highly doubt you can just walk into a clinic and get one. (I'm ace and don't have sex, so I haven't had much reason to dig up the deets, beyond being very happy that they're legal and accessible because damn right they should be.)

What Wiki says: "Abortions in Canada are provided on request and funded by Medicare, to Canadian citizens and permanent residents in hospitals across the country. Abortion funding for hospitals comes from the various provincial governments (their overall health expenses are however paid for in part by the federal government). One-third of hospitals perform abortions, and these perform two-thirds of abortions in the country. The remaining abortions are performed by public and private-for-profit clinics."
