If this a general comment and not related to something specifically going on in your life, you might want to make a list of all the things you feel like you should have done before now and then tomorrow after a good night's sleep, start working towards accomplishing all of the things you wrote down. I wrote a list last year and have checked off a surprising amount from it.

OP, and no, I don't "got this". I have no money, no skills, am over 40, my family doesn't care if I end up homeless and I haven't worked in ages.
