Over and Over:

Lord of the Rings (books and movies, but not within a few months of each other).

Leverage.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Supernatural (with the exception of "Bugs.")

Any Doctor Who episodes with the Third Doctor and Jo, the Seventh Doctor and Ace, or the Ninth Doctor and Rose.

Diane Duane's Young Wizards books.

Lilo & Stitch

Once was enough:

Star Trek: the Wrath of Khan. (I saw it at seven, was massively traumatized, and never ever could make myself watch it again.)

Season 12 of Supernatural. Sam and Dean were basically secondary characters to angel and demon storylines, and the writers wrote them like coworkers instead of brothers.

Pretty much every "classic" dog story, because the dogs always end up dying tragically, and what kind of teacher assigns these stories to kids?
