I feel no sympathy and even if season 8 happened differently it still would have been weird as fuck.

Yup. If you want to name your kids for a character, at least make it a name that is fairly normal. You want something to give a weird name to, get a pet. Kids just look for reasons to tease other kids, and you are an asshole and bad parent if you put your own amusement above your kid's well-being.
