Full time non-profit immigration lawyer job. Move out and live on my own. Those are my two big goals right now.

Move, get my place put together enough that I can invite people over, start a proper garden.

I want to visit Japan next year. Even if I have to do it by myself. It will be my first non North American trip and the idea is horrifying.

Do it, do it! If it's your first non-North American trip, it will sure be something, but trust me - Japan is one of the easiest places you could pick. Very tourist-friendly, in the major cities you'll find English on most signs, and the public transportation makes it really easy to navigate. Plus, it's super safe. And if you're a nerd or into history, or even just beautiful scenery, well, you'll find so much about it that makes you geek out.

The only rough thing about Japan is it's a long flight to get there from NA, and it's pretty expensive. So planning your vacation days (if applicable) and budgeting is a little more work. But you will totally have a great time if you do go.

If you have no one to go with and if you're nervous about traveling alone, you might consider joining a group tour? Japan's a pretty popular destination, you could join a group with your university or other various travel organizations.

I was looking at tickets and if I fly out of Dallas during a less popular month, I can get tickets for $700! I'd love to spend 10 days (at least) while there! I will start looking into it more. :)

Go to Japan. It's going to take us at least 5 to save up for it but it's a plan with legs.

Moving into a house with just me and my partner where we don't have a housemate who is on a mission to cover every available surface in trash/dirty plates/dirty laundry/spilt drinks/actual food/cigarette butts. I hate this house.

I just want enough money to not have to worry about being late on rent every single month.

Get the dying tree cut down, sister the cracked beams in the attic, get fans put in over the stove and in the bathroom, get the drainage issues around the back of the house taken care of, expand the patio, put in some way to hang the hammock, and replace as much as possible of the rear lawn with other plants.

Be an actor/voice actor with real prospects and be able to support myself through the arts (hahahaha... well to be fair, you didn't specify possible or realistic).
Change my last name.
Be financially free of an abuser.
Get real friends.

Fix my house so I can rent part of it out without it falling down or apart. Get a full time job I enjoy. Get my master’s degree so I could maybe eventually work half time without worrying about starving/being homeless. Make some friends.
