I wish the internet realized how many intelligent comedies/dramedies there are so that those fandoms would be more active. The Good Place should be a crazy active fandom.

AYRT: People outright say they don't do comedy, and I don't think they realize what some of those shows are.

You... just called it a comedy and yet are confused by why some people who state they don't like comedies aren't into shows like the Good Place?

I'm not a huge comedy or sitcom fan because waaaay too many of those shows have stuff that is 'funny' or funny to other people, but is full on secondhand embarrassment to me, and it kills any interest I have in the show itself even if the premise is interesting. That's what happened with me with TGP.
