Ghostbusters.

I didn't remember liking it as a kid, tried to watch it again as an adult and got bored. I just don't find it funny or think any of the characters are worth sticking through for that movie for.

Weirdly though I liked the cartoon that they did in the 90's.

It's aged horrifically badly. The way he treats women is so incredibly uncomfortable, and I hate that Dana "gives in" to him after repeatedly turning him down and him just not leaving her alone.

I was actually happy that they started the sequel separated, but then of course they get back together again in the end uggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I loved him as a kid but 1) we had a tape we recorded off of TV, so it was a TV edit, and 2) a lot of stuff flew completely over my head. As an adult, I appreciate the movie less because of him. I also don't like EPA = bad guy.

I love this movie a lot, but as far as being politically correct, I'd give it a minus three thousand.

...plus another minus umpteen points for being casually selfish, self absorbed, and oh so sexist at semi-random intervals.

I loved the cartoon! But yeah, as for the movies? Not so much.
