I've been cut off my disability support pension, and the phone number I have to call is returning a 'not in service' automated message, even though I've called this exact number multiple times in the past!

Also I'm doing an online course - very official, formal accreditation, that sort of thing - and they care so little about editing that one of the questions declared that 1.5% of $14.90 is $2.23! I failed literally every single year of high school maths, and even I can tell that's wrong!

I'm sorry about the DSP. I'm trying to get in touch with the NDIS and and tracking phone calls. Twenty so far. They're very busy, apparently.

But having your DSP cut off is really worrying. I hope you get it sorted soon.

OMG the percentage. Have you told them how wrong they are?!

I called my go-betweens and they're sorting it out.

Not yet! I'm thinking of writing them an email on all the shit editing and violations of the Accessibility Act that I've found while doing their course [they keep putting text in images so it's inaccessible to a screenreader, for literally NO REASON].

Yikes. Anything to do with the DSP (assuming you're Australian?) is painfully slow and frustrating.

Have you called through to the main line? If you're trying to reach a specific person or office they tend to disappear pretty often. Very high employee turnover and constant internal restructuring are usually to blame.

AYRT - their whole landline was down, but fortunately I had the mobile number of one of the staff, so I could get the message through to her.
