There's a used car lot I go to nearly every Saturday to shoot the shit with a bunch of old men who were friends with my dad before he died, and one of them has the sweetest, most enormous dogs that I've known since they could fit in my jacket - one's a german shepard/wolf mix, and one's a lab/canary dog. The owner usually takes them along for his construction-inspection jobs, because they're his babies, so I don't get to see them very often. But, today the lab/canary dog was there! I got to hug and love on him and get my feet sat on! :D And then I went home and took a shower because he is a STANKY BOY.

That's a really sweet thing to do... not just the dog, just hanging out with old guys. Do you ever bring doughnuts or something? I don't know why, but I always have the urge to feed people.

So do I, it's nuts and probably the only nurture instinct I possess. Sometimes I'll bring them fried chicken.
