Then we'll have to agree to disagree. I find it very much the opposite of clever - in my opinion, its heavy handed and clumsy.

Could have chosen War then. The colourlessness was an important design choice for the character in the book imo and shouldn't have been changed.

If you have to insinuate I'm intentionally "reaching" I'm just going to insinuate you're not very smart if you thought this whole casting was "clever".

Agree here too. It makes sense to have the horseman represent the area you see the strongest effect. I don't see it as racist at all, but rather a conscious use of race to emphasize the power of these characters.

Shoulda have cast a middle eastern or African dude as war then. Considering that's the area where most armed conflicts take place these days.
