Arya fed someone's kids to their father, Sansa fed someone to their dogs, Tyrion strangled his girlfriend to death, Jon Snow hung a child.

it's funny how every time someone brings up these details, the Dany-haters have nothing to say. why is Dany the only one being held accountable for bad shit when literally every other character does it?

1. ruthless murder scares me less from people who do not have sole control of WMD
2. the characters you listed all have at least Some Problem Solving Tactics other than murder, shallow idealism, and proclaiming their many names
3. in line with 2, ruthless murder bothers me less from characters that are more clearly portrayed as morally grey (arya especially - you're supposed to love her, but she is advertised as a bloodthirsty little hellion from the beginning, and her storyline shows the complicated and dark effects that has on her at times) as opposed to when they are portrayed as The Rightful Violet Eyed Lost Scion Breaker of Chains and Prophesied Savior
4. there is something to be said for scale
5. I don't like Jon either
6. I have an actual family member who nearly burned to death in a gasoline fire accident, so it's a little more real to me

Regarding your point 3: Was Dany portrayed as a villain-in-the-making from the start or wasn't she? You seem to be going back and forth on that.

Also, my heart goes out to your friend, but your emotions are clearly affecting your argument here.

It's funny when you get a detailed response to your whining, Dany stans have nothing to day, isn't it?

It's funny how you cowardly Dany haters wait until almost no one is posting so that you can pretend that certain folks don't have anything to say in response to an argument.

But that logic must come from that world of bad writing you're so fond of, so I guess I can't expect much.

I hated all them, too. But at least the filming was less obsessed with giving them the sunshine treatment like with Dany. Fuck Dany, I hated her from season 1.

Yes but they're "good people" ie characters the Dany haters like, as opposed to Obviously Evil Dany who they hate *sigh* And no matter how many times these things are pointed out it's always "Dany did worse!"
