Partly inspired by 4 - what character has a fashion style you admire?

For me, it's Phryne Fisher from Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. I'd never be able to carry off that look, but I love the flapper fashions and her sleek bob. But it's more than that, it's how she carries herself with grace and confidence... I envy that, too! How about you?

Emily Prentiss on Criminal Minds always looks amazing. I love her whole look. The heels on cops thing usually bugs me, but she makes it work. She just looks like she owns every room she walks in, and her style is part of that.


Also Thranduil from the Hobbit movies. Terrible take on the character except for the look. The look was amazing.

Okay, so the show was 95% cheese even before it went to shit, and she had the occasional ensemble I absolutely hated, but I still love(d) most of Once Upon a Time Belle’s costumes.

Yu-Gi-Oh... Yup, all the leather, belts, and crazy hair. I really don't think most of Yugi's clothing actually exists outside a bondage outlet, but I will never stop admiring their style;;

Not sure if it's been shared before because but 3Below gets a second season, starty this July. (Let's hope it'll be good, season 1 was rather underwhelming and didn't quite stand the comparision with Trollhunters.)

A retired colleague dropped by the office and hugged me. I'm Fennoscandian enough to have issues with body contact with people who are not immediate blood kin, but it made me happy that I was someone who merited a hug and not just a wave and a hello.

Midge Maisel from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. I mean, she's rich AF and it's the 50's, so of course her style is fantastic, that's kind of a given. Also, I just envy the fuck out of her hip-to-waist ratio, lol.

Conversely, I love Will Graham's S1 style. That whole "sad fisherman" thing he had going on with the wool sweaters and chinos.
