God, I love that show. The theme song is playing in my head now and it's so hopeful and soothing (the original instrumental one, not 'Time' which was also a good opening, but not as good as the original).

Moonstruck, Alien (i know), Love Actually, Fifth Element, Call the Midwife & Downton Abbey, all of Astolat's Harry Potter fic, all of Silentwalrus' Bucky/Steve fic.

Pride and Prejudice. It isn't even really a "feel good" story but it does have a happy ending and I feel good when I read it.

All of mine are fanfics, but if we're talking original fiction then Pride and Prejudice (the 2006 movie), The Royal Tenebaums, and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (the Fincher version. I know it's dark af but I guess I just love it enough to find it comforting regardless).

I don't normally get in line for feel good movies, but of course my mind completely blanked on the one that I genuinely enjoy as soon as I started thinking about it... I've been searching like crazy for the name of it, but for the life of me I can't find it. So my list might be a little wonky since it's made up of a mix of what I remember/what I found while searching;;

Some Like it Hot
Eggheads
Galaxy Quest
Shallow Hal
50 First Dates

Toy Story would have been on my list, but due to reasons I get a seriously high anxiety spikes at the very mention of it, so it kinda ruins the feel good side of things. It get's an honorary mention anyways.
