I thought the actress was good, but the character was underdeveloped and the reasons for her being there were weak. I thought they were going to do something interesting with her inexperience (like Reid in the first season) but they instead went in the "so awesome!!!!!" direction with nothing to support it.

And of course the network firing Cook and Brewster to bring in new!young!cheap!actress was shit and got the whole thing off to a bad start.
