My period is later than it's been in at least 3 years (I know because I use an app) and I'm scared. I can't be pregnant, but I'm scared of what else it could mean and that I might have to make an appointment to get it checked.

Have you been stressed or sick? Because that can absolutely cause it. I used to be pretty regular, but the last year or so, much less regular.

No, not sick and not especially stressed. But my period started a few hours after I posted this, so I guess I worried too soon.
