I'm having a lot of work related stress and anxiety. Every time I try to explain something to people they go on full aggresive mode and they won't take any other answer that doesn't sound convenient to them. It's gotten to the point where I'm unable to sleep again and almost get panicky just thinking about going to work.

Honestly if I had a choice I'd just run away without telling anybody and never looking back. Okay, I'd tell my family but only them. It's just really exhausting dealing with people.

I'm just soulcrushingly tired of people and every day feels like a chore to live through.

I'm sorry. That sounds really really rough. :( There was a time in my life not so long ago when work was having a similar toll on my life. I don’t know your individual circumstances, but if you can get out and find another job then do so. It's not worth it. If that's not an.option then I hope things improve for you andplease know you're not alone and that things can get better.
