I am biased: Tony is my fave. But I would never claim he's somehow objectively better than Steve, because Steve is amazing and I love him too. When I read MCU fic it tends to feature Tony pretty heavily, and I spend a lot of time thinking about how great of a character he is. But then I'll watch a scene from Captain America on youtube or something, and be like, "Omgggg Steeeve, how r you so great? ILU."

Then again, I also think they both had very good, strong points in the Civil War conflict (specifically as it's depicted in the MCU; I haven't read the comics so I can't comment there).
