Yeah... I know. Part of the reason I posted it secret is I KNOW It's kinda whiny/fanbratty of me to think that way. I guess a big part admittedly was just feeling the pairing was better written, plus it was clear a lot of times in the series Brike were pushing the shipper's buttons. Still fanbratty of me cause sometimes I laughed at the button pushing myself.

I don't see it as OOC as much as this: his character is now leaps and bounds from where it was when the show first started. He grew. He changed. He's actually a decent person now, though of course he is Sawyer and his decency often expresses itself as dickishness.

I had to comment before even reading the rest of this post, because I totally agree with you, sir and/or madame. I'm the only one I know who turned my Cait Sith into a powerhouse by the end of the game and used him constantly. Cait Sith was my reason for being a Reeve fan, the heck with DoC.

When my husband and I were dating for like... 3 weeks? a month? we were having a curl up on the couch and I BURST out about fandom. I felt like a total fool, I was sure he was going to think I was crazy and instead he grinned and fanboyed about Star Wars for an hour and a half.
