Oh, yes! Particularly "Spanish Train and Other Stories". We used to listen to that every summer on the drive down to my Nan's.

Oh yeah, I loved that one when I was younger.
For me, the most nostalgic album is The Getaway.

Generally, he did have quite a lot of great songs but I'm not really much into his style of singing/the way the songs were produced anymore. To be honest, I think what I'd really love to see is a collection of (indie/singer-songwriter etc.) musicians doing covers of some of his songs.

I adore "Don't Pay the Ferryman", for sure!

To tell the truth, I haven't actually listened to any of his more recent stuff. Um. Which means anything post-early 90s, really. I think he's sort of locked in my head as that particular period of my childhood.

The idea of covers is definitely interesting. I would not object to that!

Star Wars soundtracks. I grew up on the OT, watching it with my dad. Also the OT soundtracks were some of the only things I listened to for a good chunk of time when I was a kid.

For a more curious one: A number of Japanese anime OPs from between 1997-2004. RGU, CCS, FMA, several of the Pokémon ones (not Digimon, weirdly).

Michelle Branch's album The Spirit Room makes me nostalgic for being 14/15.
Third Eye Blind's self titled album makes me nostalgic for being 16/17 and angsty - especially the deep cuts God Of Wine and Motorcycle Drive By.
