Out of curiosity, when you say Wyrd Sisters is the only one you've gotten through, do you mean it's the one you've tried, or the only one of several tries that you actually finished? Because if it's the latter ... Wyrd Sisters is sort of an odd one to have been successful on? I wouldn't have said Wyrd Sisters was paced particularly well, at least not compared to, say, some of the Watch books, or even some of the later Witch books. The later books in general tend to be tighter about the writing (well, up until the very end, at least).

It's the only one I've finished.

I've also tried Mort, Last Continent (got a good way into that one before losing interest), Lords & Ladies, and...one of the Watch books...Monstrous Regiment, maybe?

Never finished a one, and Last Continent is the only one I made significant progress on.

Huh. If Wyrd Sisters and Last Continent were the ones you got on sort of okay with, it sounds like you prefer his ... I want to say looser, faster work? Hmm. You weren't fond of Mort (I'm actually not either), and Lord & Ladies and Monstrous Regiment didn't work either. Interesting.

If you wanted some recs to try again (and if you don't feel free to ignore this, because I get you might be tired of them), Interesting Times feels quite like Last Continent, just a bit sharper, and both Carpe Jugulum and Witches Abroad might work for the Witch series. Or not. Wyrd Sisters was where the witch series sort of shifted, so it has a bit of a unique feel. Though, Reaper Man, from the Death series, might work. Of the Watch series, Jingo might work for you if you like a bit of a faster, weirder pace. A lot of the Watch series feels a bit denser and closer, but Jingo has an airier feel. (Monstrous Regiment is more Watch-adjacent than Watch itself, but it matches the feel of a lot of the later Watch books, so they might not be as much for you). And Small Gods might work if you want a non-series entry, though the subject matter can be a bit off-putting.
