Sort of like how half of the Tartan Asia Extreme films have creepy ghost girls crawling out of some form of water, and/or have long black hair falling from the ceiling because that's so CREEPY. Lols like that. But like you said, your "weirdness factor is like over 9000, in terms of crazy, weird, and wtf creepy". Only the wacked out indie Japanese Horror and B-Movies are creepy and scary to you.
