These two have some weird non-sibling chemistry in my opinion. I was glad when they were both paired off with other characters.
Side note: I really enjoy the show, but some jokes/plotlines didn't age too well. It doesn't bother me much, but some people will probably not be happy about it.

I rewatch it at least once a year. And while part of me is sad that it was cut short, having heard where they intended to take the story (Jaye in a mental institution) I was okay with it ending where it did. I think it's a fairly complete story and I really liked the characters quite a lot.

(Anonymous) 2019-08-04 09:33 am (UTC)(link)To be honest, I was never really sure if I liked Jaye that much while watching...I only ever liked her in relation to other people (when she was doing stuff with Mahandra for example) if that makes sense.
One of the reasons I watched it now is that I saw it on a list of canceled shows and it mentioned that it's fairly closed/doesn't end on a big cliffhanger. It would have been interesting to see Bryan Fuller's version of a mental institution for this particular show.
