I don't know if you're interested in audio books, but I'm going through all the ST audio books right now (that is available on my app, that is.) And there are several TOS ones narrated by James Doohan, who does an awesome job with the character voices. There are also sound affects and music, so it's more like listening to an audio play than a book.
